Gourmet menu 1

  • Smoked salmon mix leaf salad, with red onion marmalade and herb oil.
  • Honey glazed saddle of lamb topped with baked cherry vine tomatoes, new roasted potatoes a red wine jus, buttered courgettes and carrots with oregano
  • Chocolate and strawberry crème brulee
  • Coffee, tea and mint crisps.

Gourmet menu 2

  • Smoked chicken salad with a pear and cumin puree.
  • Sea bass fillet with a lemon butter sauce and crispy leeks, dill roasted parmentier potatoes, buttered courgettes and carrots.
  • Fresh berry pavlova with a raspberry cream and fruit coulis
  • Coffee, tea and mint crisps

Gourmet menu 3

  • Seafood terrine (salmon, prawn, cod, egg, peppercorns and dill) with a lemon and dill mayonnaise
  • Lamb saddle and crispy carrot with dauphinoise potatoes, leek and red wine sauce, red currant tartlet, buttered beans and carrots
  • Raspberry mousse in a chocolate cup with mango coulis
  • Coffee, tea and mint crisps

Gourmet menu 4

  • Smoked salmon tartar with a potato and chive salad and a lemon dressing
  • Lime flavoured chicken supreme in basil and honey cream sauce, crispy beetroot, with a balsamic reduction, roasted new potatoes and olives, minted beans and carrots
  • Warm apple tart with fudge sauce and cream
  • Coffee, tea and mint crisps

Gourmet menu 5

  • Chilled asparagus with tomato coulis and herb oil with parmesan shavings
  • Beef medallions with wild mushroom and cream cheese sauce, rosti potato, basil flavoured beans and carrots
  • Summer pudding and fresh cream

Gourmet menu 6

  • Individual goats cheese and tomato terrine, with pesto, balsamic dressing and mix leaf salad
  • Grilled duck breast with a prune, apple and sage glaze, garlic rosti potato, parsley butter carrots and beans
  • Lemon tart with a summer berry compote, served with pouring cream
  • Coffee, tea and mint crisps

Gourmet menu 7

  • Cream of wild mushroom and tarragon soup
  • Salmon wrapped in puff pastry with a dill white wine sauce, new parsley potatoes and buttered carrots and fine beans
  • Individual, white, milk and dark chocolate torte, served with a mango coulis
  • Coffee, tea and mint crisps.

Gourmet menu 8 (vegetarian)

  • Mushroom, asparagus and leek terrine in a cider aspic with mixed leaf and pesto
  • Red pepper filled with couscous, tomato, parsley, olive oil and grated cheese accompanied with grilled aubergine, courgette and potato served with a balsamic and ginger dressing
  • Fresh Kentish strawberries and double cream
