  • Roast butternut squash soup finished with chives and cream
  • Pork loin steak with a mushroom and tarragon sauce with roasted new potatoes in olive oil, and a medley of vegetables

  • Smoked mackerel fillets with roquet and horseradish mayonnaise
  • Beef braised in red wine with onions, apples and thyme with dauphinoise potatoes and a medley of vegetables
  • Strawberry & champagne roulade, garnished with fresh strawberries and served with double cream

  • Caesar salad - cos lettuce bound in a garlic mayonnaise with grated parmesan and anchovies with croutons
  • Baked chicken supreme in a roasted tomato sauce with a mozzarella cheese glaze, sauté potatoes and a medley of vegetables
  • Profiteroles with chocolate sauce

  • Prawn cocktail - prawns in marie rose sauce with iceberg lettuce, lemon and paprika
  • Roast meat of your choice with traditional accompaniments, roast potatoes, gravy and a medley of vegetables

  • Pepper and mushroom cheese flan with a mixed leaf salad served with tomato and basil oil
  • Chicken supreme braised in a white wine demi glace with mushrooms and peppers, with sauté potatoes and a medley of vegetables
  • Cheese selection with Cheddar, Stilton, savoury biscuits and grapes
